Stagg EKG Pro Electric Kettle

Dialing in the exact temp for my morning pour-over has never been this consistent, and the gooseneck spout gives me way more control than my old kettle. The customizable brew settings took a few minutes to figure out but now it's basically set-and-forget.

The hold feature keeps my water at temp for a full hour, which means I'm not reheating between my second and third pour. The gooseneck spout gives me way more control than my old kettle ever did.

I can set the temperature down to the degree and it holds it there solidly while I'm fussing with my pour-over setup. The customizable brew settings mean I don't have to babysit the thing, which has completely changed my morning routine.
