The cardamom is the first thing I notice, then the vanilla comes through on the finish. I've been making these with the pour-over bags at my desk and the whole kitchen smells incredible by the time it's done. Smooth enough to drink black, which surprised me for a robusta.

I was worried the salt would make this taste weird, but it just makes the vanilla and cardamom round out nicely. The pour-over bags are a bit messy to pull out but the cup itself is smooth and lightly sweet, no sugar needed.

I wasn’t expecting the salt to balance the sweetness so well, but it really rounds out the vanilla and cardamom. The robusta gives it a nice kick too, so it holds up even with a splash of milk. These single-serve pouches have made my afternoon coffee routine feel like a little treat.
